Data deletion instructions
This page explains how to request deletion of any personal information held by Khetshe Kids Academy, in line with South Africa’s Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
Facebook data
This website does not use Facebook Login and does not collect, store or process any personal information from your Facebook account. Where our site shows a “Latest from our page” section, it only displays public posts published by our own Facebook page — no visitor data is gathered in the process.
Information you sent us
If you contacted us through our enquiry or registration forms, we hold only the details you chose to share (such as your name, email, phone number and your child’s name and age), and only to respond to you.
How to request deletion
To request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information we hold about you, email [email protected] or call +27 (64) 875-5405 with the subject “Data deletion request”. We will confirm and complete your request within a reasonable period, unless we are required to retain the information by law.
